This course is an adaptation of the 8-week MBSR program.
Intended for those who have:
-Completed a one-day workshop and wish to deepen their practice.
-New to the practice and are motivated to explore, in a committed way, the nature of one’s experience moment by moment.
Participants will learn about stress physiology, scientific findings and principles of neuroscience along with guided mindfulness practices to support you in creating a more intimate relationship with your body, mind and emotions.
Course format: Weekly session of 2 hours plus a half-day guided silent retreat.
Participants will have an individual 30-minute session with the facilitator, mid way through the course, providing you with the benefit of discussing your practice privately.
