We welcome the public to our community practices whether you are a seasoned or beginner practitioner. Taking a pause after the daily “busyness” to renew is an act of self-care that promotes well-being. You will be guided through a variety of awareness practices such as: sitting meditation, mindful yoga and mindful walking.
Date and Time: Every Tuesday [Spanish] and Thursday [English] from 6:30-7:30 pm, AST.
Registration: For now we are offering the session live via Zoom. Kindly register at: https://bit.ly/anewcommunity. A suggested donation of $5, if feasible, will help support the continuation of the programs of the Museum of Art of Puerto Rico, where we typically meet in person.
