Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Program (MBSR)
Program Overview: This 8-Week MBSR program is the original evidence-based program created by Jon Kabat-Zinn in 1979 at the University of Massachusetts Medical School. Through experientially learning you discover new ways to take better care of yourself through the interplay of mind and body – and mobilizing your own inner resources for coping, growing and healing. - 1.5 hours required orientation session
- 8 weekly session, 2.5 hours each, first and last session – 3 hours
- 1 All Day Retreat
